Arkansas native Ben Bell devoted 15 years to perfecting the art of sake brewing, which led to the establishment of Origami Sake, Arkansas' first sake brewery. Inspired by a chance encounter with a unique-looking bottle of sake, Ben's passion and Arkansas' status as the "rice state" fueled his journey to bring sake production to his home state. Joined by partner Matt Bell, Ben's vision is to make Arkansas the Napa Valley of sake and lead the revival of sake in America.
