Plumpjack Chardonnay

scallion pancake, warm blue crab & fennel salad, red cabbage & dashi broth, crispy fried okra strips

Adaptation Cabernet Sauvignon

espresso-rubbed cold seared duck breast, cocoa & currant glaze, crispy chickpea, kale & brussels sprouts salad, maple lemon vinaigrette

Cade Cabernet Sauvignon

smoked bone-in short rib, cherry BBQ sauce, pork belly potato hash, creamed kale

Plumpjack Merlot
