Tuesday, June 18th, 6:30 PM | Brother and sister team Trent and Kimberly Jackson founded Jax Winery as third-generation California farmers. Inspired by their family's history in Napa Valley, they decided to found their own winery to focus on the unique terroir of their family vineyard. To differentiate for their small-lot, single vineyard line Jax, they developed Y3 as well to span multiple California AVA's.  

Chef Alan Napier and Somm Susie Long worked together to create a gastronomy-inspired menu to pair seamlessly with these beautiful California wines. View the menu and pricing below. Learn more about Jax Vineyards here.
